Stemmed

There are countless different styles and varieties of beer and almost as many ways to drink it. As well as classic pint glasses and tankards, pilsner glasses and goblets, you can also get stemmed beer glasses for an elegant and stylish profile. There are a number of different types of stemmed glass, including snifters (which looks like a cross between a wine glass and a goblet) and tulip glasses (which have a profile that resembles the flower, hence the name).

Stem glasses have been popular on the Continent for many years but in recent years some of the major European beer manufacturers have brought the design to the UK. They have proved to be equally as popular with UK drinkers who enjoy the elegant design and round bottom of the glasses for depth of flavour. Stemmed glasses tend to be smaller in volume than some other beer glasses, making them perfect for bottle pours and craft ales.
