Specialist Pans

As well as the frying pans, stock pans and saucepans that are the bread and butter of any professional kitchen, depending on the food your serve you might also need a selection of specialist pans.

Specialist pans include those designed for specific meals, such as making an individual dish like paella, as well as those designed for particular tasks.
