Made from polyethylene, which is sturdy and hardwearing, our colour-coded boards make it easy to select the right board depending on the food that is being chopped or sliced. Each set comes with 6 colour boards; white for dairy goods, green for fruit and salad, red for raw meat, yellow for cooked meat, brown for vegetables and blue for raw fish. The standard colours make selecting the right chopping board for the food that is being prepared easy. Chopping mats are very hygienic as they can be easily washed and then rolled for any excess water to be drained.
